HOW TO EDIT THE AO
1 Drag the ao hud to the ground
2 Edit and go to content tab
3 Drag the new animations to the hud content tab
4 Edit the notecard inside the hud, adding the new animation name on the correct place, take care, casesensitive, not left blank spaces etc...
5 SAVE THE NOTECARD
6 Take and wear the AO
7 Click on LOAD to read the new anims in the notecard
If you get script errors you will need to reset the scripts. wear the ao, right click on the buttons on ur screen (ao buttons), select edit. then go to top in your screen to TOOLS and select reset scripts in section.
That will reset all the ao scripts. If the problem persist contact me.
*NOTE> if you receive a message after reset the script like "vistazhao" notecard cant be found, go to content folder in your ao, and rename the notecard in there to that "name".
This can work with all your scripted items.
AO ON/ click it to turn OFF
HIDE/To Hide all buttons except the AO ON/OFF
SIT ON/OFF activate or deactivate sit override
LOAD/ if u modify the content with new animations and the VISTA note card, you will need to LOAD again the note card clicking this button.
WALK choose between the different walk styles.
VISTA ANIMATIONS HUD HELP
*The hud must be only worn, never open or copy the content in the inventory, that will break it.
*If you can't see the buttons just right click over the HUD on your screen.
*Select walks, sits, jumps, and groundsits with the buttons on the HUD. Not all the slots have to be used, look at the picture of your AO set to see what is included in your HUD. The Ground sit only works on real ground, not over prims.
*the swim mode (if included in your set) is activated under real water automatically (at the sea, not under scripted water) and is only working as flight and over under water.
*If the buttons don't respond it is almost sure that it is caused by the lag. Relog at a no lag sim, that may work.
AO : Animation overrides, are scripts which control your avatar with animations and poses. For example : walk, run, jump, swim, fly, sit, stand and sit on the ground.
HUD AO: is an AO which appears as an additionnal menu on your SL screen. This menu allows you to switch between different actions of your AO, like walk, sit, ground, stand etc...
How do I use it?
Simply wear it. The hud will appear in the right of your screen with buttons.
If you want to change the walk, just click on the walk button and access to the walk menu.
It's the same for sit , ground sit and load.
Make sure the ao is on .
If you need to dance somewhere or simply want your AO to be off click on ' AO ON' and it'll switch to off.
It's just as simple as that.
Once upon a time, a very clever man, named Vista Barnes, decided to create his own business in SL.
He was very brave, not scared of hardships, of challenges. That's why he decided to work on one of the most difficult creations in SL: Animations. He wanted to make the avatars alive, a bit like Frankenstein's creator. ( except that we are not monsters...not quite sure about that...smiles...) . He spent a lot of time. It was hard. He didn't know it could be THAT hard. But he never stopped. He was sure that one day he would manage.
The D-day arrived and he created his first AO. He was very proud of it. Of course, it wasn't perfect, but it was a beginning. He worked on other animations, made new AOs and decided to open his shop.
His shop was small at that time, but the fact that avatars were buying his stuff allowed him to open a bigger one.
His AOs were getting better and better. He was very competitive and began to be famous. This famouship was hard to handle. He had more job, a lot of questions to answer, so he hired Gara Beck to help him with the customer support. A few months later the family enlarged with the arrival of Emilie Susanti to help them for the customer support too.
The shop was getting too small, too laggy. It was time to take decisions. Thus, Vista bought his SIM. His dream was becoming reality. The building of the Store took over one months. The team decided to create 5 department stores with all sorts of items: clothes, skins, hairs, tatoos, jewels, accessorizes, shoes and of course VISTA AOs.
The Sim opened in February 2008, nearly one year after Vista's first shop.
He organised a big party for the 1st anniversary of VISTA ANIMATIONS in March.
He can be proud of his HARD work. Vista is now the best in animations in Second Life. The best quality.
But, he hasn't said his last word.... so there could be more changes to come....
